The Dusold Financial Services Team

Mike Dusold and Kevin Dusold hold over 50 years of combined experience in the financial services industry.  The father-son duo has a bond that is founded on friendship, trust and collaboration that translates from the office to their personal lives.  The two spend a good amount of time outside the workplace together and enjoy attending local sporting events and exploring the city of Cincinnati, including its thriving Banks and Over-the-Rhine districts.

Mike grew up in Wisconsin as one of seven children and landed in Cincinnati at the age of 12 after his father accepted a job as brew master of Schoenling Brewery.  Mike earned both his Bachelor's Degree ('80) and MBA ('88) from the University of Cincinnati.  He taught eight semesters in the finance department at Miami University.  In 1999, he established Dusold Financial Services as a way to make positive differences in people's lives as an independent advisor.  He has a passion for serving his clients and mentoring his son Kevin as he grows in his career.   

In his time out of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his expanding family (wife Connie, four adult children, ten grandchildren), cycling, and craft beer.

KEVIN DUSOLD                                                        ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant)

Kevin grew up on the west side of Cincinnati as one of four children.  After graduating from Oak Hills High School he went on to Northern Kentucky University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in 2010.  As a member of the NKU Baseball team, he and his teammates captured back to back conference championships for the first time in school history in 2008 & 2009.  Kevin got his start in the financial services industry in 2009 at Fidelity Investments where he serviced workplace retirement plans.  In 2011 he became a registered financial representative and now holds his series 7, 63 & 66 designations.  

Kevin lives on the west side of Cincinnati just a few blocks from the office with his wife Lauren and their three children.  Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, coaching baseball, and attending local sporting events.

REES HAYES                                                     

Rees grew up in the Bridgetown area of Cincinnati with three sisters and graduated from Oak Hills High School in 2020. He now resides in Clifton and attends the University of Cincinnati where he studies Finance and lnsurance & Risk Management. He plans to graduate in the spring of 2024 with the hopes of becoming a financial advisor who can help people accomplish their financial and personal goals.

In his spare time, Rees enjoys travelling, playing golf, watching various sporting events, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
